Celebrate Arbor Week 2023

In keeping with our aim to promote the planting of more indigenous trees on the Estate, the Developer will once again be offering owners and residents the opportunity to purchase trees at wholesale prices. We have a selection of trees which will be on show at the Sales Centre during Arbor Week.

Our Arbor week will run from the 1st to the 8th of September 2023.

Trees purchased can either be collected or delivered to your stand within the Estate.

All trees purchased by Homeowners will be charged to their respective levy accounts.

All trees purchased by Tenants will be invoiced by the HOA for trees ordered.

Availability will be confirmed once orders have been received. 

Trees may be viewed at the Sales Centre between the 1st to 8th September 2023.

Final orders to be placed by 12:00 on the 8th of September 2023.

Cost per tree (50L) – R470 incl vat.

The total cost of trees purchased will be charged to Homeowners respective levy accounts or invoiced to Tenants. Trees can be collected or by arrangement delivered by the HOA.
